These are the providers that process the personal data of our users on our behalf, what each one does, and the agreement we have with it. They are the same providers named in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

| MetaApi (HLC Cloud LLC, Wyoming, United States) | Connects to your trading account | Credentials, account number, server, positions, orders and deal history | We have asked MetaApi for a data processing agreement. It is not yet signed. According to MetaApi's privacy policy, its servers are in the United Kingdom and the United States. |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) | Sends our emails | Your email address and the message | Data processing addendum that becomes binding when Resend's terms are accepted. It includes the EU standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum, and Resend states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. Where a data processing agreement is in place, it is part of the provider's terms of service, and we keep a copy of it. Where an agreement is still being completed, the table above says so.
